Claudio

Why must this life be so complex
What good are all these sensations
When all our actions only vex
Causing us frustrations

Our minds cannot seem to decide
Who or what it is they want
Until one day all things collide
Us, left haggard and gaunt

We move through mediocre lives
Grasping for things satisfying
Merely hoping a bit survives
It be edifying

Who cares about some common soul
Our own dilemmas to answer
“I only want to reach my goal,
Issues need not transfer.”

But we are all bound mutually
Collaborating existence
Social creatures, impartially
Each other’s subsistence

I exist in relation to others; I do not exist on my own
I only wish I knew this sooner, for you see, I am now all alone
